Blueberries and Banana Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of milk (you can use almond, coconut or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

Procedure:

  • Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Adjust the consistency, if desired, with more milk.
