Raspberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tz of frozen Raspberries
  • 1 unit of Banana
  • Flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 0.5 tz Greek Yogurt
  • 0.5 tz of vegetable oat drink
  • 1 tablespoon of Oatmeal
  • Honey

PROCEDURE:

  • In a blender, put all the ingredients except the honey.
  • Blend well until everything is integrated and we have a creamy drink.
  • Serve and decorate with a few raspberries and oat flakes. Finally, drizzle a dash of honey.
